  Reply : sorry for the delay, today was overly busy in the kitchen, the restaurant itself was quiet so didn't seem busy but the carry out side was very busy with limited drivers due to Sundays usually being on the quiet side , I think I delivered your order myself, we did update delivery times to around 50-60 minutes

Was expecting better after reading reviews was disapointed with food

I ordered a Galaxy milkshake with my meal and there was two small (1 cm roughly) pieces of shiny silver plastic. It was quite off putting as I usually order one every time.

Ordered online waited an hour, tracking stated 0 mins, phoned restaurant was told it was in it's way, 30 mins later still no sign of order, phoned to cancel order told it was out for delivery. Being a Friday night they were really busy, think and hour and half for cooking and delivery a bit much

  Reply : minimum order is £10 I'm afraid to cover costs and time on delivering the food and time taken to prepare the food plus fees incurred using the website if you order over the phone we may be able to assist further , again I am sorry you felt this way

Tried restaurant for the first time Friday 31st May, glad we did. Good and service was spot on, really tasty. Hope it works out, will definitely be back and recommend

My wife and I had lunch there last Friday. Really impressed, food and service excellent. The owner/chef came out and talked us through the menu. clearly he is very passionate about his restaurant, offering a personal touch. We will be back and would highly recommend this establishment.

food arrived warm (not hot) part of the order was missing so driver was sent back out. the meat box is 3/4 chips and had Donner balls rather than Donner meat. food tasted ok but probably better hot. all in all disappointing

  Reply : I do apologize about the missing part that was a mishap of order! it was mistaken for another order so wasn't sent, and the food was sent straight out after being cooked so not sure why it wasn't hot , we do state on our website that it's kebab balls as they are made fresh in our restaurant as we're not a main carry out and provide sit ins on our restaurant we don't do it the classic way

I don’t like the fact I need to remember to input a secure password for my credit card - but I understand the need to guard against fraud..
